On The Road Again . . .
With The GIBBS FARMS Trailer. . .

The GIBBS FARMS trailer does not see an idle month in the year. It does not care who is pulling it. Wendell & Nan pull it almost continuously for two months after our fall sale, delivering bulls and heifers from the sale. Doug and our herdsman, Rob Harms, will make a trip or two in between to give Wendell a couple days rest. Even Gordon gets out of the office occasionally and can be seen pulling it. This past year, the GIBBS FARMS trailer has made trips into the following 22 states:

Alabama
Virginia
Indiana
Missouri
South Dakota

Georgia
West Virginia
Illinois
Kansas
North Dakota

Florida
Maryland
Mississippi
Iowa

South Carolina
Tennessee
Arkansas
Nebraska

North Carolina
Kentucky
Oklahoma
Colorado

When you see us on the road, give us a call on our cell phone. You never know where you may see the GIBBS FARMS trailer next. We sincerely hope that it’s when we are delivering your next GIBBS FARMS herd sire or replacement heifers.

This is the view Rob sees for thousands of miles each year, pulling the GIBBS FARMS trailer.

Thousands & thousands of wind turbines along the route in South Dakota & North Dakota
Doug & the GIBBS FARMS trailer got caught in a March snow storm in Ft. Collins, Colorado while delivering a load of replacement heifers.
View from Rob’s truck while delivering herd sires to Iowa in early April. He said troopers were along the interstate advising to continue with caution as long as you could see the painted lines on the highway.

Yes, that’s the GIBBS FARMS trailer with a load of bull’s headed to Iowa, tagging along behind Rob’s truck. Looks more like a barge on the river.
